Scaling – the size of the profile and surface of the tooth is almost determined after this step. However, considering the rotation of the gear, there are many other important factors, such as to prevent shaft from rotating, we need to work fine diameter in and out. For such processing, use high speed grinding wheels. The implementation seems to be too simple, but it improves the transmission accuracy of the tilt gear a lot.
